EN I am a psychotherapist in training in the CORE Energetics approach and an ICF Certified Coach. My specialization: supporting Clients in dealing with the effects of developmental trauma, building and strengthening their sense of self-worth, establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships, learning and practicing self-regulation, and broadly improving their life functioning. I work with both young people and adults. In the therapeutic process, I create a safe space where Clients can understand themselves, identify the mechanisms of their reactions, and recognize the source of their emotions, leading to a better and more authentic life. In the coaching process, I help Clients achieve their goals and build the awareness necessary to make beneficial choices in life.
