I graduated from a 4-year postgraduate course in dramatherapy at the Department of Psychology at Roehampton University in London in 2006. For several years I have been dedicated to popularizing the knowledge about dramatherapy in Poland.

In therapy it’s important for me to gradually create a safe space for the other person. I am interested and open to hear about the client's history of life and his current events. Together we are searching for ways to help. During therapy, the client is not only listening to his thoughts but also how the body reacts to different emotions. 

Based on the latest research in psychiatry and psychoneurology, I believe that mind and body are inextricably linked to each other. Paying attention to the signals coming from the body can be an important guide in expanding self-awareness.

I am a founding member of the European Federation of Dramatherapy as the only representative for Poland. Dramatherapy is currently a recognised form of psychotherapy in the UK within the humanistic approach, even though it combines various approaches and psychological theories. The profession of drama psychotherapist is registered by the state authorities and is protected by law. I am a member of the British Association of Dramatherapists BADTh.

I gained clinical experience in mental health facilities in Great Britain. I also completed a clinical internship at the Neurosis Treatment Hospital in Komorów. Since 2010 I have been cooperating with mental health clinics in Warsaw among teams of psychiatrists and psychologists specialists. I am continuing to develop my skills by expanding my knowledge in various fields of psychology and approaches to psychotherapy. I do this for a better and deeper understanding of the internal states and problems of people with whom I enter into a therapeutic relationship.
