EN “The goal of therapy is to help a person gain the ability to accept the problematic nature of life—without being defeated by it, and without running away from it.”
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist working in an integrative and systemic approach, a couples therapist, and a psychotraumatologist. I am close to Irvin Yalom’s belief that therapy should be shaped differently for each client, because each of us has a unique story. Regardless of the method used, the core tool of our work together is the therapeutic relationship—understood as an equal, respectful dialogue between the client and the therapist—through which a space for change can emerge.
The need or desire for change can arise for anyone, at any stage of life. What matters is recognizing this important moment and using it as an opportunity for further growth. It may be that, as a result of life circumstances, traumatic events, or painful experiences in relationships that matter to you, you are experiencing psychological or psychosomatic suffering that disrupts your daily life. Or it may be different—that the suffering you feel has been constant and familiar for a long time, but right now you sense that the time has come to give yourself a chance for a happier life. This opportunity is available at any age and in any circumstances.
The aim of the therapeutic process is to develop skills and tools that improve quality of life. Problems and emotionally difficult events are, and will remain, part of life. However, new self-understanding developed within a kind and safe therapeutic relationship makes it possible to better understand reality and our responses to it—helping us maintain balance and cope more effectively with difficulties.
I invite you to a shared journey of self-discovery, with the goal of expanding self-awareness and a sense of agency, strengthening self-esteem, improving your ability to recognize emotions and work with them, and developing the capacity to experience greater life satisfaction, pleasure, and inner calm.
I welcome clients who are facing a life crisis, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, depression, peri-divorce crisis, emotions that feel difficult to accept, grief and loss, health-related challenges, trauma, and personality disorders.

As a certified yoga instructor, I also incorporate mindfulness tools and breathing techniques into my work.
Since 2023, I have been running a private practice offering psychological support, psychotherapy, couples therapy, and therapy for older adults.
My work is under ongoing clinical supervision. My current supervisors are: Igor Rotberg (PTPI-certified psychotherapist, psychotraumatologist), Roma Bajzert (PTP-certified supervisor), and Dorota Kowalska-Klamer (PTPG-certified psychotherapist).
